La boîte de marque SISTEMA de 5L (265 x 235 x 120, avec système KLIP-IT) a des dimensions adaptées pour contenir une bobine de fil "standard" de 1kg (ou moins).
Je me permet de leur faire de la pub, car j'en suis pleinement satisfait.

The SISTEMA branded box of 5L (265 x 235 x 120, with KLIP-IT system) has dimensions adapted to contain a "standard" wire coil of 1kg (or less).
I allow myself to advertise them, because I am fully satisfied.

J'ai détourné cet boîte pour en faire une sorte de "cartouche d'encre" pour imprimante 3d FDM.

La cartouche comprend :
- une boîte SISTEMA 5L,
- un axe constitué d'une tige filetée M8,
- un support de fixation de la cartouche, dans lequel est vissé l'axe,
- deux cônes de centrage avec roulement à bille,
- un écrou-frein de serrage de la bobine,
- un passage pour gaine en Teflon,
- les divers écrous M8 et vis de fixation M3 (passage pour gaine) et M4 (fixation boîte / support).

Le système de fixation "standard" que j'ai mis au point permet de fixer une à deux "cartouches" sur 3 des faces de l'imprimante.

I diverted this box to make it a sort of "ink cartridge" for 3d FDM printer.

The cartridge comprises:
- a SISTEMA 5L box,
- an axis consisting of a threaded rod M8,
- a holder for fixing the cartridge, into which the pin is screwed,
- two centering cones with ball bearing,
- a locking nut for clamping the coil,
- a passage for Teflon-sleev,
- the various M8 nuts and fixing screws M3 (passage for sleeve) and M4 (fixing box / support).

The "standard" fastening system that I have developed allows one to two "cartridges" to be fixed on 3 sides of the printer.

Une fois la "cartouche fermée", elle peut servir de stockage pour une bobine en attente d'utilisation. Dans cette "cartouche" relativement hermétique, la bobine est à l'abri de la poussière et de l'humidité (avec un sachet de gel de silice). In this relatively sealed "cartridge", the coil is protected from dust and moisture (with a sachet of silica gel).
